Receptionist/Service Coordinator

Full Time In Office


Responsible for answering phones and coordinating and supporting clients and volunteers using the scheduling system. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls.

  • Schedule and record client appointments in database

  • Receive and process clients in need of volunteer support services.

  • Assess client needs and investigate their eligibility based on our criteria for volunteer services.

  • Maintain client and volunteer records and complete required documentation.  This may include but not limited to data entry, activity reports and client and volunteer follow up.

  • Occasionally drive a client to their appointment.


Required Skills

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Current drivers license and means of transportation.  Comfortable transporting clients occasionally.

  • Skilled communicator and good listener

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Person of integrity and compassion

  • Covid 19 vaccine and booster required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
