Description
Responsible for answering phones and coordinating and supporting clients and volunteers using the scheduling system.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming calls.

Schedule and record client appointments in database
-
Receive and process clients in need of volunteer support services.

Assess client needs and investigate their eligibility based on our criteria for volunteer services.

Maintain client and volunteer records and complete required documentation. This may include but not limited to data entry, activity reports and client and volunteer follow up.

Occasionally drive a client to their appointment.
Required Skills
-
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
-
Current drivers license and means of transportation. Comfortable transporting clients occasionally.

Skilled communicator and good listener

Excellent telephone manner

Person of integrity and compassion
-
Covid 19 vaccine and booster required

High School diploma or equivalent
