#GiveLocal is our call. What’s Yours?

Volunteers are the heart and soul of Interfaith Caregivers. Our volunteers work in our communities to help our neighbors live independent lives. Interfaith Caregivers’ volunteer opportunities allow you to decide your level of participation based on your schedule. Whether you have a few hours to give each month or are looking to share your professional talents, we have a path to help you #GiveLocal.

Your generous donation of time and talent helps us fulfill our mission and makes a tremendous difference in the lives of your neighbors.

How You Can Help

  • Provide transportation, companionship, or meals for a client. Learn more by attending one of our virtual volunteer orientations

  • Offer professional expertise to a committee (public relations, fundraising, personnel, strategic planning, event planning)

30 in 30

Interfaith Caregivers is looking for 30 volunteers to add to our team in the next 30 days!

Since 1990, Interfaith Caregivers has been meeting the needs of senior citizens and differently abled residents of Haddonfield and Haddon Heights remain independent. Our volunteers provide basic free of charge services such as transportation and companionship!

We are currently looking for more volunteers to assist our clients with day-to-day tasks. Volunteers can be community members, people from out of town, or anyone who is passionate about helping those in the area. Potential volunteers will be given the option to connect with previous or current volunteers.

What is Needed to Volunteer?

  • To become an Interfaith Caregivers volunteer, we ask for 3 references, a copy of your license, registration and proof of insurance card.

  • We also have an orientation, lasting about 1 hour that we are currently doing via Zoom or telephone.  Additional forms can be found below:
